Sandra Medeira is a writer, poet, translator and digital marketing consultant.

Holding an MA in Translation from the University of Bristol and a BA in Sociology from ISCTE – Lisbon University Institute, she combines language, communication, and creativity across a range of professional activities. Her work includes translation, localisation, proofreading, digital marketing, SEO, content creation, website management, AI-assisted content development, and desktop publishing (DTP).
